About Our Family

My husband Paul and I (Roseann or Ro) have been married since June 26, 1965.  For more about us, see About Us.

We have three adult sons - Matt, married to Karen;  Andy, married to Lori; and Nathan, who is still looking for "Ms. Right." Matt  and his family live South Riding VA and he is curently seeking employment in that area.  The dot.com businesses are not doing well right now. Andy lives in Canonsburg PA and works for Ansys.  Nathan lives in West Chester PA and works for Economy.com   there.

Matt and Karen are the parents two of our beautiful grandchildren: Paul Robert, who was born on October 8, 1997 and  Kathryn Marie, who arrived on October 26, 2000.  (Click on "It's A Girl" on the next page to see her. I hope to make changes to that page soon because she's a big girl now!)

Andy and Lori are the parents the first and fourth of our beautiful grandchildren: Ryan Andrew, who was born on  May 26, 1997 and Colin Daniel, who was born on January 25, 2001.  (Click on "It's A Boy" on the next page to see Colin. I'll be updating his page soon as well.)

Here's a picture of our whole family, taken on the babies' baptism day.  To see more of all of us, and our parents and siblings, click here on our Family Photos  link or on the link on the index page.

Carlisle, Pa

Paul, Matt, Andy and I moved to Carlisle in September 1972.  Nathan is the only real Carlislian in our family, having been born here in 1974.  Would you like to learn about our hometown? If so, click here.

My Job

I have worked at Dickinson College since 1986, the last seven years as secretary/staff associate in the Department of Theatre and Dance.  My job is part-time for ten months of the year and I enjoy having my summers off.  I enjoy all aspects of the theatre and dance office and its productions, from ordering the scripts to being there on opening night! It's exciting  to see the mad rush to get costumes and scenery completed in the few days before the start of a play or dance production.  Our department is one of  the smallest on campus, but large in terms of work produced. We are all very excited at the prospect of moving into our own building in August of 2002!
